What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International delivery times vary by destination and usually range from 5-10 business days.
How do I care for my raw denim jeans?
To preserve the indigo dye and unique wear patterns, we recommend avoiding washing for as long as possible. When necessary, dry clean or hand wash cold with a specialized denim detergent.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel, are final sale.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
